Ingredients
  

  • Pillsbury Pie Crust
  • 2 cups cooked, diced Chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, carrots, peas, and cream of chicken soup. Add milk and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder). Mix until well combined.
  • Roll out the Pillsbury pie dough and place one crust in the pie dish.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into the pie dish over the crust.
  • Place the second crust over the top of the mixture. Seal the edges and cut slits on top for steam to escape.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

This dish is quick and easy, and you can also add extra vegetables such as potatoes or mushrooms to customize the filling.
