Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all the necessary components.
  2. Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and a pinch of sugar for about 5–10 minutes until frothy.
Mixing
  1. In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, melted butter, and egg. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Gradually add the activated yeast mixture into the condensed milk mixture.
  3. Combine flour and salt slowly until a dough is formed.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rising
  1. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
  2. Punch down the dough and shape it into small balls. Arrange on a greased baking tray.
  3. Allow the rolls to rise again until puffed up (about 30-45 minutes).
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Brush the tops with melted butter after baking for enhanced flavor and shine.
