Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the diced fruits in a large mixing bowl.
Mixing and Assembling
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into the whipped cream.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the bowl of mixed fruits.
  4. To prevent browning of fruits, add a splash of lemon or lime juice if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for a short period to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

The salad can be prepared ahead of time, but mix the cream dressing just before serving for the best texture. Can be customized based on dietary needs with various alternatives for cream.
