Preparation
  1. Gather all necessary ingredients.
  2. Ensure eggs are at room temperature.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and water.
  3. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
  4. If using melted butter, add it at this point.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and tilt to spread.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden brown.
  4. Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat until all batter is cooked.
